One (1) winner of $45,000 Dealership Credit at Stocker Auto

Award Procedure: 

• One (1) qualified guest will be selected using a randomized system generator.
• Winner is not required to be present at time of drawing.
  • • If winner is not present, attempts to contact them will be made within one (1) hour of the drawing via phone and/or email.
    • If winner's phone and email are not on file, winner will be notified via letter to the address given at time of registration.

Rules and Disclaimers: 

• Prize is awarded as a dealership credit of $45,000 and must be applied toward the purchase of a vehicle at a Stocker Auto dealership (Stocker Subaru, Stocker Chevrolet, and Stocker GMC). 
• Dealership credit has no cash value and is non-transferable.
• If the selected vehicle exceeds the value of the credit, the winner is responsible for any remaining balance.
• Winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes, title, registration, licensing, dealer fees, insurance, and any optional updgrades or add-ons.
• Vehicle selection, availability, pricing, and all transaction terms are subject to the policies and approval of Stocker Auto.
• Management reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time.
• A W2G or 1099 form will be issued for any qualifying prizes.
• Management will resolve any disputes or irregularities associated with this promotion, and all decisions are final. All promotional activity is conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and is subject to monitoring and enforcement by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
